The board
The Board of Directors reviews strategy, control, and reporting for Euro Continental Bank. James Whitfield chairs the board. David Waye serves as Managing Director and sits on the board. Sofia Alvarez, Robert Hale, Amira Hassan, and Thomas Brennan serve as directors. The board does not process customer transfers. It oversees how administrators and leadership apply policy. Meetings consider audit logs, incident response, and whether transfer-code controls remain in administrator hands only.
The board is not a substitute for the login pages. Customers still sign in on log.php. Administrators still sign in on admin/log.php. Directors receive reports, not live session keys. This page exists so the public can see that oversight is named. Inquiries for the board should go through support@eurocontinentalinvest.com with a clear subject. We publish this structure so governance is visible, even though Euro Continental is not presented here as a listed exchange issuer.
Managing Director
David Waye
David Waye is Managing Director of Euro Continental Bank and a member of the Board of Directors. He leads the daily direction of the customer portal, the administrator portal, and the public site on eurocontinentalinvest.com. His work is to keep balances visible, fund movement under review, and records complete for private customers and institutional users.
Waye treats the depository as an operating system, not a slogan. Customers receive a customer ID and account number at registration. They can view ledger and available balance, deposits, transfers, withdrawals, and statements. Administrators remain the only people who issue transfer authorization codes. A valid transfer may leave available balance at once, yet completion still depends on administrative action and the result assigned to that code. Waye insists that this split of duties stays explicit: the customer owns the four-digit passcode; the administrator owns the transfer code; neither is created automatically at signup.
He is accountable for the control standard used across London operations and the Europe office. Passwords and codes are stored as hashes. Forms use CSRF tokens. Queries use prepared statements. Sessions expire after inactivity. Repeated failed logins can lock an account. Audit logs record material actions. Waye reviews that these controls remain in force after every material change to the portal.
His work with technology, risk, finance, and client service keeps pending withdrawals, lockouts, and statements under a clearly named owner always in view.
